This is the closing Docker Athens meetup for this season, with two super exciting topics before we start getting a tan!

In the first session, Thanos Nokas (https://twitter.com/Thanos_Nokas) of SocialNerds (https://www.socialnerds.gr/) will show us how to set up a complete development environment for Laravel, the PHP framework for web artisans, with Docker. We will see everything we need to learn and do, in order to create a clean and reliable development environment with Docker on our computers, along with everything required to get things working in production as well.

Next, co-organizer Antonis Kalipetis (https://twitter.com/akalipetis) we will help us dive into “What is a container?” a crash course to get people with zero or little container and Docker knowledge to being familiar with the container concepts. Whether you’ve been using containers in production but didn’t “get your hands dirty”, or if you’re just starting with containers, you’ll understand how containers help in running your applications.

Join us and also enjoy networking with wine and beers after the end of the meetup at the terrace of the venue with a stunning view of the Acropolis!
